Living an inch or a mountain above the flat line?

“Where do you live your life ?” was the question he asked me, and the sarcastic me answered, “… well, in Sweden”.

With a big smile on his face and an abundance of silence I realised the other depth of my geographical physical living, I started asking the question to all the life choices I made (and still making): from career aspirations to environment to choice of friends and partners to the daily habits and health choices…

According to the law of duality, every hight is accompanied with a low end that is more or less equal in power and importance, and if we are afraid of taking risks (in any field) we are choosing to rise just a little above the flat surface, this will secúre just a little “low drop” which minimises our pain and suffering.

These choices probably keep us safe and sound, and since we become submissive to our fears of falling hard we could lead a life of not really dead, but hardly alive… A life of just an inch above or below the flatline..

But what if you choose to rise to the heights of life, and accept the risks of dropping fully and completely low only to rise again to another hight of life?

If the end is inevitable and a flat line is a must, where do you want to spend your life?

Would you want just an inch above or below the flat line?

Or would you want a mountain high and a free fall?

There is no right or wrong here.
